A: Fine Homebuilders is a full service homebuilding company. We provide all services needed from preconstruction to finish. We make the process easy and enjoyable.

Q: Can I really build a custom home for under $150k?
A: Yes! We design custom packages for any price range. If you can get approved for a home loan,
then you can get approved for a construction loan to build your own custom home anywhere and at any price. Sometimes we can go even lower than $150k!

Q: Can you build us a custom duplex?
A: Yes. Fine Homebuilders often builds custom duplexes, they are great investments. Keep in mind
that not every lot for sale is designated for multi‐family use, but there are many duplex lots
available on the market.

Q: Do you build green?
A: Absolutely. Building green is great for everyone. By using green materials in your home, you
often increase the resale value of your home. We proudly build green. There are many new techniques becoming available everyday and we are able to deliver any technique to you.

Q: There are many new products for homes. I saw one at the home show and want it in my home. Are you able to get and use new products?
A: Yes. Often we have already started using new products and materials and already
have agreements for lower pricing than the general public. We love using new technologies and have no problem in implementing them into your new home.

Q: Can you really build anywhere?
A: Yes. We build anywhere in the Kansas City Metro Area and beyond. We build from the Lake of
the Ozarks to downtown to Excelsior Springs, from Blue Springs to Lawrence and everywhere
in between. Keep in mind that not every subdivision is open to custom homebuilders.
However, there are normally open lots very near specific areas.

Q: I heard that nobody builds fully custom anymore. Can you really build fully custom?
A: Yes! We give you full control of the design of your home. There is no part of the construction of
your home that you do not have a choice on. We strive in delivering fully custom homes at affordable pricing.
