Thank you for considering us to build your custom home. As a full‐service homebuilding company for the Kansas City Area, we offer all needed services from planning/preconstruction to construction to post construction. We specialize in working with our clients in the early stages of the homebuilding process. We are able to tailor our services to fit your needs. There is no minimum or maximum cost requirements to start a project, all size homes, including duplexes are accepted. There is no design element that cannot be implemented. We strive in offering all needed services to complete your new custom home. There is no better experience than designing and building your custom home with us.
We offer first class services, including:

• Design – great design center materials available for check‐out
• Financing – lenders available with excellent cost saving options
• Feasibility Analysis – determining if your dreams can be reached
